From the description of your problems in your nose and throat I think you are suffering from recurrent Rhinitis it could be Allergic or inflammation and you could be suffering from recurrent Sinusitis as well. Please consult a ENT Specialist for detailed analysis of your nose throat sinus and headache. Do not ignore your symptoms. Prevention is better than cure especially for sinusitis and allergic Rhinitis . Please don't take Solvin or any self medication is not correct. Evaluation of the nose throat and headache is the right way to cure your problems. So prompt ENT specialist evaluation is necessary. Self medication is not going to solve your recurrent nose throat and headache problems.
