Headaches and Neck Pain

I've been having headaches lately and also neck discomfort/pain which contributes to the headache. I can feel the tension on the neck. I have went to a masseuse to treat my shoulder and neck pain but it still hurts. Now, there seems to be a pea-sized lump on the right side of my neck on the vein. It's not visible but can be felt. Back pains too.

Hi there it's related to your spine stiffness, muscle tightness .related to your posture.
Next Steps
consult a physiotherapist for treatment: mobilization, stretches, acupuncture, trigger point release, exercises with Postural correction.
