Headache without fever.

Hi, I am having a body temp of 97.5 checked underarm. I feel headache, weakness and eyes are like burning. I talked to doctors(emergency) near my place they did not say anything just asked me to take ORS which I am taking. But I am not feeling any better. Can anyone help me here? Thanks.
