Headache with Vertigo

From last 20 days i am having minor pain on top right part of head .This pain occur at regular interval and i am feeling very weak amd having regular diziness.pls suggest

Avoid forward bending and weight lifting. Tab Parasafe 1gm thrice daily may be taken for 3 days along with Rejunex CD3 once daily for 1 month. Just observe and see how much you benefit. I think, if the pain is severe, you should take a neurosurgery consult for evaluation and for prescription medicines.
