I have been having headache with nausea since 3 days. It's off and on with some vomiting. Also to inform that I have a 4 month old child.

HELLO, AVOID FLAVOURED THING SUCH AS HAIR OIL, AGARBATTI, HIGH FLAVOURED SOAP, DEO, PERFUME, BEETAL NUT,  CHEES, PANEER ETC TABLET NEPROSYN 250TWO-TIME A DAY AFTER FOOD TILL HEADACHE SUBSIDES. TABLET PROPRANOLOL 40MG ONE AT NIGHT FOR TEN DAYS. O.K BYE.
