There was dull headache for day then it was gone all week. After that even while exercising i didn't feel anything. But again this week while squatting i felt that mild headache. It lasts for a few minutes and it's gone. But this time while doing other exercises too i get this headache. What should I do ? It is hampering my workouts.

Hi, Hope you are doing workout under guidance of a Trained coach. When you face this discomfort, please stop lifting weights for a while or reduce the intensity of exercises. DONT OVERDO ! Try to stick to three or four lifts per workout. Keeping your workouts short helps you take advantage of hormonal surges. When you do too many exercises in a session, at least some of them get done half-assed. All you need is one main lift per workout (one of the big four), one or two assistance lifts (for keeping the body in balance and further strengthening the muscles that perform the main lift), then core or speciality work at the end (abs or some forearms or calves moves, depending on your goals). Doing any more lessens your results.
Next Steps
If still you have problem, consult a neurologist.
