Good day, I am having continuous headache, I stomach pains, stomach making noise , shivering of the inner body, the two leg weakness and palpitations of the heart. Please what can be happening to me?

Please Take Cap wokride D 1 on empty stomach Sy mucaine 2 tsf three times a day Enerzal powder in water... In absence of diabetes All for 3 days Avoid pain killers Reconsult after 3 days for further advice

r u takin medication fr high BP or sugar? since hw many days u hv dese symptoms. Are dere fever,rashes,joint pain,loose motion,chest pain present? fr headache u cn take tab dolo 650 8 hrly till its dere tab colimax once fr pain abdomen odr medicine dependin on ur reply to my query.
