Last 3 days is not good. I would require some more investigations to probe. get a NCCT BRAIN,  CBC, MP, WIDAL, NS1 done. for now TAB DICLOFENAC+PARACETAMOL  1 TAB BD TAB RANTANC 150 1 TAB OD
