I am suffering from hedache from last 2 weeks.no cough no fever..covid report comes negative.xray of head chest normal no caugh no sinus prblem found in xray but at the time of xray I didn't have any cough.I have mucus like phelgm in nasal and throat joint passage..no continuous pain in head .most of the headache is in left back side..heavy feeling on top of the head neck nose. bitting sensation some times in all over head.not continuous bitting..I specially feel this headache like bitting at night or just after evening..should I take head cough medicine zedex..plz help
