Headache/Pain Swallowing Food

2017-12-11 05:59:58
I have been on a strict diet regimen for the past week which restricts caloric intake to 300 calories per day. Since then, I have lost nearly ten pounds. Since my stomach has adjusted to the low quantity, I went without eating for nearly three days. When I tried to eat today, I experienced a mild headache and pain swallowing my food. Is this discomfort correlated at all to my diet regimen?
