I have been suffering from fever for last 4 days.i am a polio patient.first day i first suffered fom fever,with chills,pain especially joint pain,then on second day my gums start bleeding.as on the advice of doctor,i went for blood test.my reports are showing that my platlets are decreasing day by day.sir please diagnose me.what to do.
