Mild aches on both side of temples and back of head. Frequency once in 3 days for around 10 mins. Since 1 month.

New onset headache in older patients need through evaluation. Migraine starts early in life in female patients. Could be tension or vascular headache. If symptoms persist s or get worse. Consult your doctor. Massage and heat treatment
