Some time,Suddenly i am not feeling well because on that time i am feeling high blood pressure and temperature so that i can't move my bodies part on during that time and that's why reason i am feeling completely week.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days.
