Headache,neck pain ,knee pain post covid

I have tested covid positive on 10th June 21,after home isolation and treatment I was recovered my self . But from last 3-4 days I am having neck pain,knee pain and headache also .Kindly reply with solutions

Post covid these symptoms are very common, these are usually due to post covid weakness. They can be easily managed with a good multivitamin and supportive by painkillers if needed. Are u worrying about the side effects of covid since they may also develop as a symptom of post covid stress disorder
