Please Take Tab hifenac TH 1 Twice a day Tab pan 1 perday Tab neurobion forte 1 Twice a day All for 3 to 6 days Apply ibugesic nano gel Twice a day Avoid heighted pillow Do neck, back and shoulders exercises daily
