Headache,nasea,vision changes jumpy leg

I got bit by a cat aprox 2 to 3 weeks ago and now i have been havin headaches and a weird head sensation nasea burning chest slight confusion and my legs are restless and jumpy and when i resist it my legs feel funny and my jaw is feeling tense and also weird feeling when i swallow no pain is it rabies?
