Hello.. Well the common accuses of head ache are refractive error, cold, dehydration, migraine..even fever will cause headache...I would suggest you to meet a physician and get yourself examined..but I don't understand about the problem in speaking..we need detailed history and meet to evaluate you further for it... thank you
