Headache, Inner fever, muscle pain

Hello, My wife is suffering from headache, fever (less than 99F), muscle pains from last 8-9 months. Could not diagnose. She also gets negative dreams in night. Until 2 months. She worries a lot. She is 5 weeks pregnant now. Kindly suggest

Kindly consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation of her symptoms and their  appropriate treatment. This is important because  adverse mental health of the mother during pregnancy could have a harmful impact on the mental health of the baby as well  .
