Headache in past month

I am suffering from headaches in past months. I have noted the pattern and found that it mostly starts with a pain above my left eyelid and continues to the side of the head, taht is just above the ear. Sometimes both sides of head, and sometime right eyelid corner to side of head. The pain is usually at a point, deep and strong. I have visited an ENT who wasn't sure if its synus, eye problem or migraine. I have then visited an eye specialist and found my eyes are completely fine and I should use anti-glare glasses when I am working. The headache usually starts when I overslept, stressed about the career insecurity, bright ligh or sun or extreme low temperature of ac.
