My wife is 27 weeks pregnant. Recently she is getting severe headache. Also vitamin d and vitamin B12 is low. Is it ok to take Remylin D tablet to improve vitamin B12.

If there is no previous history of headache then consult a Neurologist. Check her blood pressure. Vitamin b12 can be given during pregnancy especially if deficiency is documented.
