Headache, dizziness, stomach pain

I have been having dizziness, nausea, stomach pain, headache, hot flashes for the last week. I had a cbc done and it showed elevated absolute neutrophils with low eosinophils. My wbc has been abnormal for the last year after having unprotected sex. I was tested for Hiv and it came back negative.

Did you get ur Thyroid checked ?? Also do a pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy,for any further information or assistance you may get back to us.
