Headache, dizziness, chest pain,arm numb

I've been having headache on left side, left face, chest and left arm numbness. But not all the time. It's been happening for 3-4 months now. What might it be? And what do i do?

Cervical spondylosis. Consult orthopaedic surgeon. Give rest to your left arm. Don't lift heavy weight with it. Give it some rest. Try yoga for neck or physiotherapy.
