Headache differnciation

How to differnciate tension headache and cervogenic headache I am having headache like muscled becoming stiff and contracting in my head and neck but no mild pain in head head is moving freely.. But some time if put my head upside for long I am getting pain..

Tension type headache and cervicogenic headache are often related but they can be differentiated by the fact that TTH are often bilateral on the sides of the head, dull aching type while cervicogenic headache are often in the back of the head and upper neck and spreads to one side of head and front of head.
