Take the consultation of a neurologist. Do not take pain killer in excess. if you use pain killers daily it acts like a toxin & it itself induces headache which is called medication overuse headache which is very difficult to treat. So under guidance of a neurologist take some prophylactic medicines which will reduce your headache frequency and severity. But take these prophylactic medicines at least 3 - 4 months to get the properly relief
