I have a heavy stress at Job. Like doing things i do not understand constantly head ache and feeling weak day by day Heavy headache in the mornings My brain is rejecting all work

Dear. Stress has to be understood as part of your life because you will have to face it every now and then.  Building resilience is the key. Your mind and body has the capacity to build resilience with the help of your life experiences.  But it will take time. You should provide support to those efforts with physical exercises, games, entertainment, yoga and meditation.  I also suggerst stress therapy.  Take care

Our mind & body are interconnected. If you are physically drained out, then it may cause mental strain. Even mental stress can lead to physical symptoms like headache, weakness. So you have to build up physical & mental resilience to help you to cope up better with life's pressures. Meanwhile you have to take regular breaks & engage in relaxing activities. But over a period of time, gaining expertise & experience in your field of work will help. Regular exercise, healthy diet, yoga will help build physical resilience.
