Hello There. I can understand your concern. you can take a capsule pantoprazole and levosulpiride combination half an hour before food. tab. Aceclofenac and paracetamol combination after food twice a day. kindly consult a general surgeon for further evaluation and management. you might need to undergo a ultrasound abdomen and pelvis also.
