Constant headache is there at right part of Head. I am vomiting since morning. Yellow liquid is coming out from stomach

HELLO, AVOID FLAVOURED THINGS LIKE HAIR OIL, AGARBATTI,  DEO, PERFUMES, CHEESE, PANEER, SUPARI, PAAN ETC EVEN ASFOEDITA. TABLET NEPROSYN 250TWO-TIME A DAY AFTER LUNCH N DINNER TILL HEADACHE SUBSIDES. TABLET PROPRANOLOL 40MG ONE AT NIGHT FOR FIFTEEN TO TWENTY DAYS. TABLET SIGMOFLAM IF YOU FEEL IT IS STARTING TO HEADACHE INTENSITY IS PAIN IS DECREASE. TABLET RAZO D BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS. O.K BYE.
