Hello The symptoms you are telling is related to allergic condition This can be controlled Since prevention is better than cure I suggest to not to go towards dust or use nose protect ion masks At present please take Tab telekast 1 tab once a day after food  for 1. Week Tab cim 200 twice a day after food for 1 week Flomist nasal spray 2 puffs in both nostrils twice a day for 20 days Tab dolo 625mg once a day for 3 days Brush daily twice Hoping for speed recovery All the best
