Frequent headaches. Mostly whole head. Yesterday started with eye pain and then moved to the head. Have taken saradon, which relieved the headache for 3-4 hours but mild headache still exists

Hi, Please get your eyes examined for glass number. Minimise screen time.  while working on computer, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. You can use eye drop teardrops 4 times a day 4 times a day will help you for the dryness.
