In CT scan report : •mild dns towards right side •hypertrophy of bilateral inferior turbinate What medicine should i take? Suffering from heavy headache from 4 weeks and feels wet ears and heavy head.

I don’t think your headache is because of any nasal disease Need more info and history for diagnosis
