I have a headache since 2 3 days just after waking up n continued almost whole day. Always feeling like vomiting, loss of appetite, eye pain, burping, bad mood, loss of energy and irregular bowl movements. No feeling of freshness in a whole day. Note that since 2 3 days my meal timing was irregular. I had traveled by plane 1st time and during journey I vomited before 2 3 days. I relocate at other place.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
