Headache and eyesight

I am getting headaches on back of the head.. sometimes on one side, sometimes on centre.. from yesterday night.. I can't able to read things clearly at long distant.. can this headache related to vision problem ???

Can be due to refractive error.one sided headache is symptom of migraine . consult local ophthalmologist to rule out refractive errors

Yes can be refractive error, seems more typical of migrane
