Dr. In summer and winter my head is always pain so much and when i think then also it pain and sometime it pain much on forhead and eyes it feel sometime dizzy

Hi, looks like tension headache, try with meditation and regular exercise and correcting your negative thoughts you can come out of it. Better take Psychiatrist opinion
