I am noticing headache from past 1 month with the stiffness in the neck and some time i feel like light dizziness .I feel lazy all the time and if i do any physical work i get tired very easily.After having lunch it feels sleepy more.what these symtoms indicate about?

Could be tension type headache.also get a thyroid profile test done.consult a neurologist / Neurosurgeon directly
