Head temperature is high

My male baby aged 9months is having high temperature to head region since 2days compared to rest of the body...is there anything to get worried or is it due to summer effect?

Check body temperature with thermometer. If its above 37°C or 99°F, then your child has fever. Visit your paediatrician
