29. Male. 5'5", 73 kg I am having problem with my brain. I have mild head pressure that is constant throughout days. When I get head pressure I also get apathetic, anhedonic, foggy in head. I seem to get urge for instant gratification, become reckless( brushing against walls and doorframes when walking inside house, spilling food on cloths while eating/ brushing), feel stale/ restricted. Dont feel fresh and energetic, motivated.

Hi, I appreciate that you reached out with your concern. I hear that you're struggling with persistent head pressure, mental fog, apathy, and changes in your behavior. It sounds incredibly frustrating to feel disconnected, unmotivated, and restricted in your daily life. These symptoms could be linked to various factors, including neurological issues, mental health conditions (like depression or anxiety), or even vitamin deficiencies. It would be best to consult a doctor or neurologist to rule out any underlying medical conditions. At the same time, therapy can help address the emotional and cognitive symptoms you're experiencing. Meanwhile, practice mindfulness, engaging in physical movement, maintaining a balanced diet, and ensuring proper sleep might also help manage anxiety and depression. You’re not alone in this, and with the right guidance, you can regain clarity and motivation.
