  4. Head injury. Kind of feeling sleepy.

A 3 kg weight fell on my head frob height of max 1 feet.3 days back..there was mild tenderness..it resolved by itself..no swelling..no dizziness..no vomiting...but since them i am always kind of feeling sleepy...

Get a ncct head done....and consult a neurosurgeon...it ll all resolve in time...for time being a few meds may be prescribed
