Head Hit On a Cupboard

Yesterday accidently i head hit at the edge of a cupboard, caused swelling and some pain. Swelling is not there as of now, but little pain while i touch. But discomfortness in head and neck is there. Are this symptoms showe serious damage to the head?. No vomiting, no dizziness.

If your head hit the cupboard hard then some discomfort may remain for a week or so. Take tab zerodol SP S.o.s . Consult a doctor if it doesn't improve.
