When I feel stress or think negative thoughts, then immediately i feel tightness sensation in whole head area, hands become tight numb, toes become numb. Weird sensation of tightness, pain like someone is pulling my nerves. My blood pressure is normal, but when I fear of future or regret about past career opportunities i missed or any other good things i missed in life....like never socialised with people much in youth... i suddenly I feel this...earlier I never faced...but now on even slightest anxiety or worry, numbess happens..since few months constantly im facing... can this be ever cured of is it permanent??

What you are describing is a very classic physical manifestation of anxiety — when you experience stress or negative thoughts, your body enters a 'fight or flight' response which causes hyperventilation (fast shallow breathing), changing the CO2 levels in your blood, leading to exactly these symptoms: tightness in the head, numbness in hands, feet, and face, and a nerve-pulling sensation. This is not permanent damage — it is completely reversible. It can absolutely be treated with the right support, and many people recover fully.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation — a combination of counselling/therapy for anxiety management and possibly short-term medication can help break this cycle significantly.

Hi, these numbness and tightness feelings when stressed are quite common and are due to anxiety.  They’re not dangerous or permanent and often ease with better stress management.  Feel free to consult for further guidance.

Please be completely reassured: this condition is absolutely not permanent and can be entirely managed and cured. Your blood pressure is completely normal, which proves that your heart and blood vessels are structurally healthy. These symptoms are a temporary, reversible chemical reaction to emotional distress rather than permanent nerve or brain damage
Next Steps
To structurally map your anxiety triggers, check your latest nerve and vitamin profiles side-by-side, and provide a comprehensive, safe therapeutic plan to completely stop these physical numbness spells, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."
