Greetings sir I'm using this medicine past 1 week but past 2 days feeling head dizzy some times plz check sir

Please  share which medicine  you are using. Second  take atleast  2 lt water in a day. Third share your diet plan which you are taking.  We need proper  history  then we can prescrib you some  thing  good.
