Report says slight displacement n fracture...ligament connecting thigh bone with tibia has been tear..knee has been swelled up....what to be done to recover that??

1st thing is to apply a plaster for a month and hope for recovery. In case after few more months no recovery and knee is unstable, then will need reconstruction surgery. Meanwhile take vitamin d and b12 injection after tests
