Does hcg 5000 IUI inj and duphaston delay periods.so my period is 2days due. and every month i will have spot before periods but this time i dont even find any spot. what is the good time to take preg test
yes hcg and duphaston can delay the periods, but if you have missed period then go and do serum beta hcg and consult your gynaecologist

Urine pregnancy test can be positive as early as 4-5 weeks, that's around your expected date of periods. Periods can be delayed by progesterone as well (duphastone). At this stage, ßhCG will be better to detect pregnancy. However, I suggest you wait for a week after date of periods, and then proceed with tests
