When is the proper time to go for pregnancy blood test and for the home pregnancy urine test? And which one is more accurate?

You cn do a urine pregnancy test on day 1 of missed periods itself. It has high sensitivity and accuracy too and is cheaper. However more specific is beta hcg blood test.
