My age is 35 .As normal process I do health check . In that by HB1C is 6.6. MY WEIGHT IS 105 AND HEIGHT IS 185 CMS. SHOULD I START CONSULTING A DOCTOR OR CHANGING MY LIFESTYLE WILL HELP .
