HB drop after c section

My HB dropped from 11 to 8.7 after c section in week 38. Dr suggested injection or tablets. I heard inj may have some side effects so I chosen tablets. Is it normal to drop HB levels after c section? And is tablet option is also fine to choose? Please suggest.

So much drop unusual..may be during c section blood loss happened. U should take medicine or injection. Kindly connect

Yes but not so much blood drop u might had any complication u have to take injection if not healing doesnt happen and uterus wont retract properly
