Having trouble coping up

I get anxious now then without any reason. My heart rate goes up to 150 without any reason. Anything can trigger my problem. I get paranoid. Like if a door is closed, I will check it 50 times if it is. I workout but still things make me anxious. Sometimes I become quiet. What can do I for this?

Hi, you seem to be having panic attacks. And checking the door or light switch or gas is not paranoia, it is a type of anxiety called obsession-compulsion. I know that this is all very Distressing, but it can be managed.
