Having Penis problem

During sexual intercourse without condom. my foreskin of penis got wounded and also red spot seen on my penis head, but there is no pain. I also feel pain in foreskin and penis during natural sexual intercourse without condom and using condom during intercourse everything is fine. I want to know which specialist doctor to consult for quickly curing above mentioned problem. Request you to please share you most valuable feedback. Thanks a lot.
