Having a pain since yesterday on left side of my neck on the part below ear. It seems something is lightly swollen there and i am having difficulty swallowing food. There are no other symptoms of cold, no fever, no runny nose, no headache etc.

Hello...... I have gone through your history. Pre auricular or post auricular lymph node enlargement suggestive of infection.  General examination is required... Past history  of tuberculosis should  be ruled  out..  You better consult general physician..  Doctor will  do the needful.....
