Hi sir/mam last 3 month I am suffering headache(is not constant ) middle & back side of head along with pain in neck (especially evening & night time & some time pain in ear while eating or opening mouth my jaw nuske also paining is there any serious problem?

Most likely Temporomandibular Joint pain..eat soft foods , do jaw exercises, mild pain killer for a week after physical examination ..kindly meet ENT surgeon if no relief..
