I'm have been facing mild throat discomfort and had mild fever. I met one of my relatives about 5 days back. They have been test positive. Could you please help me with the precautions and steps to be followed?

Gargles ,steam ,vit c 500 twice daily ,syp.zincovit 10 ml daily ,if symptoms not improved better consult
